Transportation Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Payment and deposit information:
  • Credit card will be charged for the total amount shown above at the time of booking.  Please note that your billing statement will show: CANCUN VANS SERVICES
  • Credit cards accepted: VISA - MASTERCARD - AMERICAN EXPRESS
    Credit Cards Payments ( Excepting PAYPAL payments)
    Rates quoted are in US dollars at the official interbank exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Our corporate office is located in Mexico and local regulations prohibit us from processing transactions to your card in US dollars. The transaction amount will be converted to Mexican Pesos (M/N) at the official interbank exchange rate on the date of the transaction. Please note that the amount which will be posted on your monthly billing statement will differ. Due to global economic conditions and fluctuating international currency exchange rates, this amount may be significantly different (up to two or three percent).

    Please note that CANCUN VANS.COM cannot be held responsible for fluctuating exchange rates, and therefore, we encourage you to process your reservation using MasterCard or Visa. By continuing, you acknowledge that you have been advised of the exchange rate fluctuations and agree to our processing the transaction in local currency.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, we are restricted by local regulations and have recently received comments from previous clients regarding the exchange rate discrepancies. Please note transactions to your MasterCard or VISA will be processed in Mexican pesos.

Special Requests:

  • Special requests typically refer to smoking or non-smoking vehicles, special devices including infant or toddler restraints, handicapped-equipped vehicles and/or any other special requirement or device not included in the service description.  Please note your requests in the "Extra information and comments" section of the reservation form and we will try to help you .
  • Our rates are per vehicle not per person and apply only if all passengers arrive in the same flight, otherwise will be an extra charge due the wait time and terminals fees (Not all the flights arrive in the same terminal). Please if you share the vehicle let us know in advance in your "Extra information and comments" area.
  • Be advised that ALL special requests noted on the reservation are subject to availability upon arrival.  We cannot guarantee that the provider will honor your requests.
Cancellations and changes:
  • Date and time changes are permitted twenty-four hours (24) prior to scheduled arrival time.
  • To modify or cancel a reservation, send us an email to: Customercares@cancunvans.com
  • All cancellation requests must be processed by the reservation holder through our system for proper user validation and acceptance of applicable cancellation penalties. Acceptance of the applicable penalties and calculated refund are in accordance to the Mexican and International ECommerce Laws.
  • All reservations cancelled are subject to penalties. After payment has been processed, a full refund will be made less a twenty percent (20%) administrative fee based on the total amount of your reservation as long as the cancellation request is received forty-eight hours (48) or more prior to your scheduled arrival time (local time).
  • Cancellation requests received with less than forty-eight hours (48) prior to your scheduled arrival time will be charged a fifty percent (50%) administrative fee based on the total amount of your reservation.
  • Cancellation requests received on the same date of the scheduled arrival date (local time) will be considered a no show. No refunds will be made for no shows.
